Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to develop a strategic plan that will guide the growth and decision-making for Child Care Services over the next 3-5 years in our nine-county region. The selected vendor will collaborate with various partners to accomplish this project.
