Workforce Development Board Plan

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) §108 and federal regulations at 20 C.F.R. §679.550 require Workforce Development Board Plans be written on a four-year cycle. The requirements for the content of Board plans are set forth in 20 C.F.R. §679.550 and Texas Government Code §§2308.262, 2308.303, and 2308.304.
