REINVEST is an initiative to bolster workforce opportunities in rural communities. It will enable seven rural counties — Burnet, Blanco, Llano, Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette, and Lee — to create high-quality jobs for 777 workers through partnerships in Healthcare, Skilled Trades, Finance, and IT.

Population growth and service demand are rising, while employers struggle to hire and rural workers face barriers to training access. REINVEST addresses these challenges by recruiting, training, and placing workers into high-quality jobs.

Program Eligibility:

• 18 years or older
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Registered for Selective Service (males only)
• Reside in one of the seven participating counties
