Marble Falls Back to School Blast

On August 3rd, Marble Falls Middle School held the highly anticipated Back to School Blast, an event designed to kick off the new school year with excitement and community spirit. The event attracted families in the community, eager to equip their children for the upcoming academic year. Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area Child Care Services actively took part in the community event, where they offered essential information and provided valuable resources related to child care to parents.

The Back-to-School Blast was a vibrant, exciting event featuring a variety of activities and resources aimed at supporting both students and parents. Attendees enjoyed free backpacks filled with school supplies, ensuring every child started the year well-prepared. Local businesses and organizations set up booths offering a wide range of services and products, including eye screenings, shoes, haircuts, and educational materials, making it a convenient one-stop shop for back-to-school needs.

In addition, families had access to a wide range of practical resources to support their child's education. They were able to engage with teachers and school staff, which helped alleviate any pre-school jitters and created a supportive community atmosphere.

The Marble Falls Back to School Blast provided a community's commitment to supporting its students and a supportive environment for families as they prepared for the new school year. As students head back to school, the positive energy and resources from this event will undoubtedly help them start the year off on the right foot.
