CEDAR PARK, Texas ⎯ Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA), the nonprofit community partnership delivering innovative and sustainable workforce development solutions to empower the nine-county Rural Capital Area of Central Texas, is proud to announce its participation in National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) this October. This annual observance aims to educate the public about disability employment issues and celebrate the contributions of America's workers with disabilities.

In recognition of NDEAM, Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area has organized a series of events throughout the month to uplift job seekers with disabilities and guide employers toward inclusivity.

Upcoming Events:

  1. NDEAM All Area Job Fairs: WSRCA will host a series of job fairs specifically designed to connect job seekers with disabilities to meaningful employment opportunities. These events will take place at various locations, including Bastrop, Round Rock, San Marcos, and Burnet, TX. Participation is free, and no registration is required. Employers can sign up for a free table at businessservices@ruralcapital.net. For event details, view the WSRCA Calendar.
  2.
