CEDAR PARK, Texas ⎯ Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA), the nonprofit community partnership delivering innovative and sustainable workforce development solutions to empower the nine-county Rural Capital Area of Central Texas, is proud of the release of its 2024 Annual Report, showcasing the organization’s year of growth, innovation, and continued service across its nine-county region in Central Texas.
The report highlights the collective achievements of WSRCA and its partners, including expanded access to workforce training, innovative apprenticeship programs, and strategic investments in child care and career development. From supporting families and early childhood educators to launching new sector partnerships and technical instruction programs, the report reflects the organization’s commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening local communities.
