WSRCA Chief Solutions Officer Kelly Moreno Appointed to Round Rock Chamber Board

CEDAR PARK, Texas – Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) is proud to announce that Chief Solutions Officer Kelly Moreno has been appointed to the Round Rock Chamber’s 2026 Board of Directors, serving on the Executive Committee as the Talent Development representative. The board officially began its term on January 1, 2026.

“Serving on the Round Rock Chamber Board of Directors is an opportunity to collaborate with leaders who are deeply committed to the community,” said Moreno. “I look forward to contributing a workforce and talent development perspective that supports businesses, strengthens career pathways, and helps advance a strong, sustainable regional economy.”

The Round Rock Chamber recently welcomed its 2026 Board of Directors, a group of leaders from across industries who will help guide the Chamber’s work and advance its mission for the Round Rock community. Moreno joins a distinguished slate of board leadership under Chair Deana Cavanaugh of Ascension Texas Foundations, alongside Chair-Elect Will Peckham of Watkins Insurance, Secretary Dr. Julie Lessiter of Texas State University Round Rock, Treasurer Aaron Dominguez of Frost Bank, and Past Chair Selicia Sanchez Adame of Think Group Austin.

In her role at WSRCA, Moreno leads regional strategy focused on workforce development, talent pipelines, and employer engagement across the nine-county Rural Capital Area. Her appointment reflects the growing importance of talent development as a driver of economic growth and business success.

The Chamber’s Board of Directors brings together diverse perspectives and expertise to support strategic planning, community growth, and the organization’s long-term vision for Round Rock.

As a member of the Executive Committee, Moreno will support the Chamber’s Talent Development efforts, aligning workforce strategies with employer needs and regional economic goals. Moreno is a graduate of Leadership Round Rock, Class of 2023, the Chamber’s flagship leadership development program, and Ascend, Class of 2025, an annual program designed for emerging leaders committed to serving the Round Rock community through personal, professional, and leadership development.
