The Workforce Solutions of Fayette County workforce center located at 811 E. Travis Street in La Grange will close on Monday, Sept. 27 to allow Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area Staff to relocate local workforce development services and equipment to a new office location.
The new workforce center, located at 851 S. Reynolds Street, Suite 200, in La Grange, will open for services on Sept. 29, and is adjacent to the Area Ministries for Emergency Needs (AMEN) Food Pantry. The new Workforce Solutions of Fayette County location is only a mile away from the previous office site, and offers a larger resource area to empower residents to enhance their careers or businesses, and provides for expanded training opportunities.
The WSRCA team is eager to help Central Texans find workforce solutions. All Rural Capital Area career centers accept walk-in appointments across the nine-county region, and services continue to remain available virtually to meet the immediate workforce needs of residents.
