CEDAR PARK, Texas — Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA), the nonprofit community partnership delivering innovative and sustainable workforce development solutions to empower the nine-county Rural Capital Area of Central Texas, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Hernandez as its new Director of Public Relations.
Brian brings extensive experience in strategic communication, media relations, and brand management. With a proven track record of enhancing organizational visibility and engagement, he will lead the Public Relations (PR) department, help shape messaging and strengthen connections with key stakeholders across the nine-county region.
In his new role, Brian will oversee the development and execution of PR campaigns, enhance media outreach efforts, and collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesion across all messaging platforms.

About Brian Hernandez
Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in journalism, brand storytelling, and creative strategy. Previously WSRCA’s Chief Storytelling Officer, he elevated the organization’s visibility and reputation, earning more than 25 communications awards for campaigns and video excellence. His background also includes pioneering digital marketing at the Texas Workforce Commission and founding a creative agency specializing in strategic storytelling.
