Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area Welcomes Nicole Kaabi and Dan Medlock

CEDAR PARK, Texas ⎯ Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA), the nonprofit community partnership delivering innovative and sustainable workforce development solutions to empower the nine-county Rural Capital Area of Central Texas, is pleased to announce the addition of Nicole Kaabi as Contract Manager and Dan Medlock as Contract Operations Improvement Specialist.

Nicole Kaabi joins as a Contract Manager, overseeing all aspects of contract management, including pre-award, post-award, and price/cost analysis. She brings valuable operations experience from the technology industry, where she managed large enterprise accounts. Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Texas State University.

Dan Medlock joins as a Contract Operations Improvement Specialist, bringing extensive experience from his 12 years of service in the United States Air Force and his role as a Senior Business Analyst for Accenture, where he worked on projects for Google. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University.

With their combined expertise, Nicole and Dan will contribute to WSRCA’s contract management efforts, ensuring continued efficient and effective operations that support workforce development in the Rural Capital Area.
