CEDAR PARK, Texas — Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) proudly announces that Chief Solutions Officer Kelly Moreno has been honored with the Career and Technical Association of Texas (CTAT) and Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Impact Award for Business-Education Partnership, presented by CTAT Area 4, Heart of Texas.
The statewide recognition celebrates collaboration between business and education that strengthens career and technical education (CTE) programs across Texas. The CTAT and ACTE Impact Awards honor individuals and organizations from education, business, and industry who enhance CTE by improving, promoting, and advancing high-quality programs. The Business-Education Partnership Award specifically recognizes partnerships that connect schools with employers to prepare students for success in high-demand careers and make measurable contributions to local communities and economies.
Moreno received the award for her leadership in aligning workforce and education initiatives that expand career-connected learning across Central Texas. As Chief Solutions Officer, she leads efforts to strengthen partnerships that help students and job seekers gain real-world experience through internships, certifications, and employer engagement opportunities that meet regional workforce needs.
