WSRCA CEO Paul Fletcher Recognized as Results for America Workforce Fellow, Takes Part in National Conference

Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) CEO Paul Fletcher has been recognized as one of 23 Results for America Workforce Fellows, from seven leading states, who are helping to make tangible progress in improving employment outcomes for their citizens.

The fellowship is the first to connect senior workforce leaders from state and local workforce agencies into a single network focused on accelerating the generation and use of evidence.

As part of the fellowship, Paul joined more than 300 results-driven leaders from 31 states and 42 cities at Results for America’s 2019 Summit in Washington, D.C., from October 2-3, which spotlighted “What Works to Advance Economic Mobility.”

The event brought together leading federal, state and local policymakers, philanthropists, social entrepreneurs, academics and others who are committed to helping governments use evidence and data to accelerate economic mobility.

Through workshops, fireside chats, and one-on-one networking, organizers said Summit participants shared bold ideas about what works to improve the lives of children, young people and their families.
