CEDAR PARK, Texas ⎯ Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA), the non-profit community partnership providing no cost recruitment and employment services to businesses, employers, and job seekers in the Rural Capital Area of Texas, is pleased to announce the relaunch of its website, workforcesolutionsrca.com. The updated site is designed to provide a more user-friendly, mobile-focused experience for audiences, allowing visitors to experience a wide variety of accessible resources in English and Spanish, aimed at enhancing their workforce opportunities.
In addition to showcasing available state and federal programs, the content-rich site has been optimized to connect Rural Capital Area businesses and career seekers to local workforce solutions, child care resources for parents and providers, as well as support for veterans and people with disabilities. The new website also provides links to WorkInTexas.com, the state’s premier online job matching system, Rural Capital Headlight, for insights on economic, workforce, and demographic data for the nine-county region, and Rural Capital Careers, which provides career information in visual, interactive, and easy-to-understand dashboards.
"We are thrilled to unveil our new website,” said WSRCA CEO Paul Fletcher. “This is more than just a cosmetic makeover. This site relaunch enhances the user experience and reflects our Board’s commitment to providing world-class services for our customers—whether they connect with us online or visit one of our many workforce one-stop centers or satellite offices. Our new digital portal reflects the dedication of our innovative team members, who find new ways each day to empower our Rural Capital Area communities.”
The new website will be updated on a regular basis with business opportunities, career workshops, events, and press releases. Visitors are encouraged to utilize the website to locate a nearby workforce center, to learn more about the WSRCA Board of Directors and its partnerships, and to sign up for the Rural Capital Roundup newsletter.
