Healthcare is one of Central Texas’ most vital and fastest-growing employment sectors. The Central Texas Healthcare Workforce Needs and Education Pipeline Study provides regional data and practical recommendations to help employers, educators, workforce partners, and community leaders strengthen the pipeline into high-demand healthcare careers.
This study was developed in partnership with Workforce Solutions Capital Area and Opportunity Austin.
The study examines workforce demand, education and training capacity, employer feedback, and county-level trends across Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, Travis, and Williamson counties.
