WSRCA Team Connects Students to Careers at 5th Annual Georgetown ISD Youth Career & Job Fair
Your Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) team is very thankful to have taken part in the 5th Annual Georgetown ISD Youth Career & Job Fair, held at Georgetown High School.
The event was sponsored by our partners at the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, Georgetown ISD, Georgetown Workforce Development Alliance and WSRCA.
We're proud to help connect students with local employers for summer employment, internships and post-graduation careers. More than 500 students attended the hiring event, which included a workshop on interviewing and job search skills, as well a short play by students on how to conduct an effective job interview.
