WSRCA Team Helps Connect Central Texas Veterans, Employers at Summer Job Fair

The Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area team would like to thank Kalahari Resorts Texas, the Texas Workforce Commission, the Texas Veterans Commission, and all of the community partners who helped us connect talented Rural Capital Area veterans with amazing local employers at the 2021 Veterans Summer Job Fair.

The hybrid hiring experience on July 15, offered opportunities for transitioning military, veterans, and their spouses to meet and interview with businesses in-person and online. Almost 200 job seekers and more than 80 local employers took part.

We’re humbled by our mission to serve our nation’s heroes.
