Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) has launched its 2025 Teacher Externship Program, providing Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers with hands-on industry experience to enhance their curriculum. The program, supported by the Texas Workforce Commission, aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and workforce skills by expanding participation to more teachers, businesses, and sectors.
