National Disability Employment Awareness Month 2024: Access to Good Jobs for All

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), and this year’s theme is "Access to Good Jobs for All." This month serves as an opportunity to recognize the contributions of individuals with disabilities in the workforce and to promote inclusive hiring practices. At Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA), we are committed to fostering an inclusive workforce that empowers job seekers with disabilities.
