CEDAR PARK, Texas ⎯ Central Texans throughout the nine-county Rural Capital Area now have a new way to connect with customized workforce solutions from the convenience of their smartphones.
Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area today announced the launch of its latest service delivery innovation, the WSRCA Mobile App.
The WSRCA Mobile App is a first of its kind in Central Texas. The mobile application seamlessly links Workforce Solutions customers in Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, and Williamson counties with no-cost services for job seekers, employers, and families seeking early-learning child care assistance.
The application’s rich feature set offers residents an all-in-one platform to engage with workforce center staff, explore upskilling tools, review workshop calendars, register for weekly hiring events, and apply for immediate jobs on WorkinTexas. Additional resources include access to the “Tuesday Talks” video training series, Jobs Now Employer Spotlights, and WSRCA Customer Testimonials, with new value-driven content added to the application regularly.
“The WSRCA Mobile App is a critical tool in connecting residents and employers to customized workforce solutions whenever they need it,” said WSRCA Chief Executive Officer Paul Fletcher. “This app represents our collective efforts to identify solutions for structural barriers and create pathways to self-sufficient employment and career advancement for Central Texans. We want to thank our contractor, Equus Workforce Solutions, and our teams for their hard work to consistently deliver innovations to meet the virtual and in-person workforce needs of our communities.”
